We customize your cleaning routine to keep your home or office sparkling clean. For your convenience we off our package rotation system. Choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service. In addition, we offer one-time clean-up, move-in, move-out and after construction service for home or office.
We begin by getting your home or office "detail clean". This initial service involves an in-depth cleaning of your kitchen and bathrooms plus a general clean of the rest of your residence. The following visit tackles the remainder of the house with an in-depth clean and another once-over of the kitchen and baths. After these two cleans we follow our unique "System" routine as described in the schedule here. This allows us to maintain your home or office basic cleaning needs and also focus on the "details" as required in specific areas. This specialized rotation distinguishes our service from ordinary house cleaners.
If you cancel your scheduled cleaning 24 to 48 hours preceding your cleaning, a cancellation fee will NOT be charged.
If you cancel your scheduled cleaning within 24 to 12 hours preceding your cleaning, unless stetted otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the cleaning services will be charged.
If you cancel, fail to cancel your scheduled cleaning within the time our cleaning crew arrives to 12 hours preceding your cleaning, unless stated otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cost of the cleaning services will be charged.
If we are locked out of the home on the day of schedule cleaning due to client error, this will be consider a cancellation and will incur 100% of cost agrees upon services. We will need to be informed two weeks prior to ending all services permanently otherwise charges of regular services will apply.
In addition to any fees we incur for checks with insufficient funds we will charge $ 35.00 each check $25.00 late fee charges will apply also after 30days of none payment.
BCDH. L.L.C. REQUIRES THAT ALL HOMES BE INFESTATION FREE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BED BUGS,
ANTS, COCKROACHES, AND RODENTS. IF AN INFESTATION FOUND THE CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
DECONTAMINATION COSTS. THESE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO EQUIPMENT DECONTAMINATION, PERSONNEL
DECONTAMINATION, AS WELL AS SPECIAL BIO HAZARD SAFETY EQUIPMENT. THIS WILL MEAN A LOSS OF TIME IN OUR
SCHEDULE, WE WILL IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE PREMISES AND BEGIN THE DECONTAMINATION PROCESS. BCDH.L.L.C.
TAKES THIS VERY SERIOUS AS WE NEVER WANT TO BE A CAUSE FOR CROSS CONTAMINATION OF OUR CLIENTS. CLIENT WILL
INCUR FEES AGREES UPON COST OF SCHEDULED CLEANING AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL DECONTAMINATION FEES. FURTHER
CLEANING WILL BE CANCELED UNTIL PROOF OF PROFESSIONAL EXTERMINATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND REVIEWED.
